| 1. Download | ChipInfo software (ChipInfo.exe) and test data (test_data.zip) |
|
2. Unzip |
test_data.zip into a folder |
| 3. Start | ChipInfo.exe |
| 4. Choose | Menu "Annotation -> Gene information file" |
|
5. Click |
the text box next to "NetAffx Annotation csv file", and choose "MOE430A_annot.csv" from unzipped files from Step 2 |
| 6. Click | the text box next to "Gene Ontology" and choose "process.ontology" from unzipped files from Step 2 |
| 7. Click | the text box under "Output Gene Information file", and choose or give a file name to output |
| 8. Click | the "OK" button. Progressing notes will show on screen |
| 9. Check out | the output files as indicated on the screen |
