Gene Ontology files. (1) Go to this FTP site ftp://ftp.geneontology.org/pub/go/ontology/. (2) Download files process.ontology, function.ontology and component.ontology from this FTP site. Alternatively, if you do not have FTP access, please download and unzip this file: GO.zip (updated at 05/28/2004).
 

Affymetrix annotation files (also called NetAffx CSV files). (1) Choose the array type being used from Affymetrix website. (2) Click "All Support Materials for ... Set" at the lower right corner of the website. (3) In the panel of "NetAffx Annotation Files", download the CSV file (register and log in if necessary).
